What is the difference between Virgin Brazilian and Raw Cambodian?

Virgin hair is a term for hair that has never been chemically processed. The Virgin Brazilian extensions have light, shiny, silky strands with a very high luster. Will last 1+years with proper care.

Raw hair is the most purest and natural form of hair available on the market. The Raw Cambodian extensions are less silky than the Virgin Brazilian extensions and are closer to coarser textures. The  strands are very full and have a natural luster . Will last 3+years with proper care. Guaranteed. 


Can I dye and/or bleach my extensions?

Yes! You can dye our Brazilian and Cambodian extensions. We recommend that after bleaching, follow up with deep condition to keep hair manageble and silky smooth.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Cash App and Apple Pay.


Why is my transaction not going through?
Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our Risk Review team to ensure the protection of our customers for orders over $500.

Are hair appointment deposits ($25) refundable?

NO. Hair deposits are non-refundable. However, you are allowed 1 reschedule. 


How much does shipping cost?

Standard free shipping is free on orders of $350 or more. For orders less than $200, the cost is $8.50


Standard shipping with signature delivery confirmation is $10


Overnight shipping is $35. Optional signature delivery confirmation can be added free of charge.


When will my order be shipped?

Our standard processing time for orders is 2 to 3 business days- sales may delay processing time. Overnight Shipping orders are processed within the same business day if the order is placed by 9:00am EST.

 Ex: An order is placed by 8:59am EST on Thursday. It can potentially be processed and shipped on that Thursday.


When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 48-72 hrs of your order being processed. Sales may delay shipping confirmation.


My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.

Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

We are not liable for delayed delivery of packages, once order is dispatched.


Are measurements for my head mandatory in order to have custom wig made?

No, measurements are not mandatory. However, highly suggest to ensure unit is flawless without any bulges. 

What is the turn around time for a custom unit?

Your unit can take anywhere between 3-7 days depending on volume of orders at the moment.

Expedited services such as 1 day or same day are available at additional costs of $20. 

Am I able to get a custom unit made if I did not purchase extensions from CraveHAIR?


I live out of state, can I ship extensions to you to have custom unit made?



What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the products ordered. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges. However each order is reviewed on a  case-by-case basis. Please send us an email to regarding your matter.


Am I able to schedule hair appointment even if I did not purchase extensions from CraveHAIR?


I really need an appointment but I do not see any openings, how can I schedule?

Is there a required deposit to book appointment?

Currently, no.

How far in advance do I need to bring my closure or frontal prior to appointment?

5 Days is ideal, 3 days at latest for frontals. Closures can be done same day of appointment on case by case basis. Please inquire before booking!
